Temporary Warehouse Worker

📍 Location: CEDAR RAPIDS
🕒 Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
⏳ Duration: 6–12 weeks (temporary, not temp-to-hire)
💼 Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Temporary Warehouse Worker to assist our team while a full-time employee is out. This role is expected to last between 6 to 12 weeks, with the possibility of some variation depending on staffing needs. This is a strictly temporary position and will not lead to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

  • Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse

  • Assist with inventory handling, order fulfillment, and general warehouse duties

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by warehouse supervisor

Requirements:

  • Previous forklift experience is required

  • Must be able to work a consistent 8-hour shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to lift up to [insert weight if relevant] and stand for extended periods

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Compensation:

  • $22.11 PER HOUR
