About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager for a direct-hire opportunity in Lorena, TX. This leadership role blends office management with hands-on field oversight to ensure seamless project execution, team alignment, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations during business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
  • Oversee project delivery from bid through completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Host daily team meetings with office, field, and remote staff to keep projects on track.
  • Manage, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for problem-solving and client coordination.
  • Partner with internal teams on growth initiatives and project bidding.
  • Proactively solve operational challenges and streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and safety practices.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management and leadership experience with a proven record of high performance.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Experience in project-based, construction, or equipment installation environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to balance office responsibilities with fieldwork.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
