Procurement and Logistics Manager
Cedar Falls, IA Area | Hybrid Option Available
Base wage: Up to$75,000 per year + benefits + performance incentives

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement and Logistics Manager to streamline operations, optimize costs, and ensure full visibility of company assets.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and track company assets and inventory across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate purchasing, vendor relations, and shipment logistics.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and delivery terms.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance for all asset movements.
  • Collaborate across departments to align operations with budgets and deployment timelines.
  • Continuously improve systems for tracking, purchasing, and logistics efficiency.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory tracking tools.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver who looks for ways to save time and reduce costs.
