Responsibilities:
Foaming has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Operate foaming, undercoating and bead blasting equipment.
- Assemble and disassemble various types of foam fixtures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Foaming should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, kneel
- Ability to do long hour repetitive work
- Work consistently and safely
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize
- Teamwork-oriented
- Must be able to be trained in the proper use of other assembly line equipment including (but not limited to) forklifts, overhead hoists, and pallet jacks
- Must be able to understand and complete departmental paperwork.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
