Job Title: Building/ Equipment Maintenance
Shift: 1st shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday
Job Location: DeWitt, IA
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 based on skill level

Building/ Equipment Maintenance Job Summary: Responsible for all types of machine and building repair including execution of preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance.
Building/ Equipment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all plant equipment – general upkeep/maintenance.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Assist in making improvement suggestions and justifications on all equipment, structure, and grounds.
- Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to improve efficiency while promoting and encouraging safety.
- Organize and prioritize work and to insure production meets or exceeds deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and is able to source quality products and services.
- Perform routine maintenance & repairs to equipment and facility.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work station and shop
Building/ Equipment Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer 2 years’ previous maintenance experience; ideally with printing or bindery equipment.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools and building systems.
- Basic computer skills.
