This role ensures all construction projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and leadership to create efficient, functional, and visually appealing retail environments.

This role ensures all construction projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and leadership to create efficient, functional, and visually appealing retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction, including new builds, remodels, additions, and conversions.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and contractor performance to ensure successful completion.
- Standardize specifications for fixtures, remodels, and new builds.
- Solicit, evaluate, and select bids to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Facilities on maintenance planning, HVAC replacement, and utility upgrades.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Provide project updates and improvement recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial or retail construction projects.
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Blue Beam, and project management software.
- Strong knowledge of design/build processes and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to job sites and work flexible hours.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform safe inspections at elevated heights

- Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of safety codes, building standards, and construction best practices.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and collaboration skills.
