Paint Line Worker
Earlville, IA | 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs, 5am-3:30pm
$18/HR
 
Local manufacturing company seeking motivated individuals to join their team in a fast-paced environment as a Paint Line Worker.

 Responsibilities Include:
  • Surface cleaning and preparation to ensure quality paint
  • Powder coating of products in the spray booth or paint line
  • Loading/unloading products as needed to move into paint booth/paint line
  • Ensure work is complete to product specifications
  • Clean and maintain spray guns and booth
Requirements:
  • Must have attention to details and be able to read/understand product specifications
  • Must be able to follow directions and have excellent communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated and able to produce in a high-volume environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
  • Industrial painting experience preferred
