Job Title: Office/ Legal Assistant

Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM  Monday - Friday

Job Location: Maquoketa, IA 

Compensation:   $16.00 - $17.00   based on experience

 

Job Summary: Motivated office/ legal assistant that can add to client's mission by providing excellent customer service and professionalism

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones for customers and business partners
  • Assist with bookkeeping 
  • Going over proofs/details with staff
  • Data entry and presentation of legal documents
  • Preferred employee will be empathetic, patient and very personable

 

Requirements: 

  • Some college preferred or related experience
  • Clean criminal background preferred
