Retail Assembler
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA SW

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to help build and install new retail store fixtures and/or Garden Equipment. In this role, you will work with a team to assemble shelving, displays, and other store furniture according to plans and instructions. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone comfortable using basic tools and following directions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble store fixtures (shelving, racks, displays, etc.)
  • Follow blueprints or diagrams to ensure accurate setup
  • Use hand and power tools safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Prior assembly or construction experience is a plus, but not required
