Job Title: Office/ Legal Assistant
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
Job Location: Maquoketa, IA
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 based on experience
Job Summary: Motivated office/ legal assistant that can add to client's mission by providing excellent customer service and professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones for customers and business partners
- Assist with bookkeeping
- Going over proofs/details with staff
- Data entry and presentation of legal documents
- Preferred employee will be empathetic, patient and very personable
Requirements:
- Some college preferred or related experience
- Clean criminal background preferred
