Crouch Staffing is immediately hiring for an Order Entry Specialist/CSR to work part-time hours in Waco, TX!
Work Hours:
10 hours a week during the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Order Entry/CSR duties:
- Receiving orders from company sales team
- Create purchase orders and send to factories or suppliers
- Reviewing orders for correctness and following order status until shipment delivers to client
- Liaising with suppliers and factories regarding stock, pricing, shipping and other order status information
- Keep customer & Sales Rep updated on the process of order to ensure accuracy of items received.
Order Entry/CSR skills needed:
- Previous Customer Service experience is a plus
- Must have accurate spelling & good correspondence skills
- Able to work in high paced busy position
- Superb attention to details
- Able to keep information confidential at all times
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel experience is helpful
