    Our direct hire service operates on a contingency fee basis, meaning you only pay a fee if you decide to hire a candidate we present. The fee is calculated as a pre-agreed percentage (20%) of the employee's first-year salary, ensuring complete transparency from the start.

  • Do you offer a guarantee on your permanent placements?

     If a candidate you hire through us leaves or is terminated for performance reasons within a specified guarantee period (typically 30 days), we will conduct a replacement search at no additional cost.

  • How long does a typical direct hire search take?
