CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - FULL TIME – TELECOMMUTE
Remote but must live in the greater San Diego area to be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Provide a high level of Customer Service via email and phone.
- Performing r esearch into issues and providing follow-up and resolution for all inquiries.
- Review documents to be processed and ensure all inbox issues and email have been handled.
- Must meet processing requirements within deadlines .
- Provide callers with product knowledge – provide next step requirements and answer or address any question or need they may have.
- Sometimes deal with unhappy or upset callers acting calm and composed, while de-escalat ing if required.
- Provide excellent documentation notating all calls and issues within the appropriate system.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- 1+ year working in a Customer Service Call Center environment.
- Bilingual Spanish – Required .
- Remote Experience – Highly Preferred .
- Strong grammar with strong communication skills .
- Ability to deal with a high attention to detail.
- Must have e xperience in one of following: Knowledge of vehicle parts in a retail environment - vehicle mechanical repairs or inspections - vehicle service contract s or dealing with auto insurance .
- Experience using MS Outlook, MS Excel, Zoom, and Slack
- High school diploma or GED Required
- Have or acquire High Speed Cable Internet (Connect via Ethernet, not Wi-Fi)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Sitting 20+ hours a week
- Walking 1-10 hours a week
- Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
- No protective clothing or equipment required
