Crouch Staffing is seeking a full-time Custodian to work in a Temple, TX manufacturing company.

Job  Title:          Custodian
Location:          Temple , TX
Schedule:          Monday- Thursday ,  5 :0 3  AM to 4: 0 0 PM , some OT as needed
Pay:                   $16-$17/ hr  (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented  w orker to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of  the  facilities, including offices, breakrooms, and manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize breakrooms and office spaces, including wiping surfaces and disinfecting high-touch areas.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain a streak-free appearance.
  • Perform cleaning and sweeping in manufacturing areas to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
  • Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Adhere to all safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
  • Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50  lbs  and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning schedules.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments.
