General Laborer – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Location: Hewitt, TX Area
Pay: $19.00/hr
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a general labor position with a reputable manufacturing company in the greater Waco area. This role involves physically demanding work, including moving product, bagging materials, and supporting production operations.

Schedule
Rotating 12-hour shifts
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Must be available to work both day and night shifts as assigned

Responsibilities
  • Move and handle materials throughout the facility
  • Bag and prepare product for shipment
  • Load, unload, and stack materials as needed
  • Assist with general production and warehouse duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures
Requirements

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work throughout a 12-hour shift
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work both day and night shifts as needed
  • Previous general labor, warehouse, or production experience preferred
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
