Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and technically-minded Bilingual Plant Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will work closely with the engineering department and will be responsible for handling documentation, technical files, and supporting various plant and production needs. Ideal candidates will have experience with blueprints, schematics, or AutoCAD/construction drawings , and must be fluent in both English and Spanish .

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrative support for plant leadership and engineering teams
- Manage, organize, and maintain technical documents, drawings, and records
- Assist with document control processes including revision tracking, filing, and version control
- Translate documents and act as a liaison between English- and Spanish-speaking staff
- Interpret and work with blueprints, engineering schematics, and/or construction drawings
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and internal communications across departments
- Support quality and compliance tracking, as well as safety-related documentation
- Perform data entry, maintain logs, and create reports using Excel or other software tools
- Provide general office support such as answering phones, handling correspondence, and ordering supplies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Experience with document control, blueprints, schematics, or AutoCAD is a strong plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with AutoCAD or similar software a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across departments
