Industrial Maintenance Lead

1. Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment, adhering to policies and procedures
2. Troubleshoot facility and equipment problems on day-to-day operations
3. Perform work that involves hydraulics, electrical, plumbing, conveyor maintenance, 3-phase wiring, AC/DC control wiring, welding, and pneumatic systems
4. Set-up, adjust, and break down production machinery
5. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance duties
6. Be able to read & understand equipment manuals and instructions
7. Complete daily reports and paperwork
8. Perform other duties as assigned by management

1. Must have 5+ year experience and/or training and ability to show proficiency and understanding in Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting, 3 Phase Wiring, 240 volt 2 Phase Electrical
2. General machine & equipment repair
3. Work in an environment that can be hot, wet, humid; 35 - 90+ degrees
4. Able to lift 60 lbs.
