Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday
Job Location: DeWitt, Iowa
Compensation: $16.00
Job Summary for Customer Service Rep :
You will monitor customer requests and enter sales orders into system.
Responsibilities for Customer Service Health Insurance Assistant:
- Build customer relationships and make outgoing calls to promote product
- Order entry and quoting prices to customers
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features
- Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency
Requirements for Customer Service Assistant:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service/ worked in an office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions
- Must pass a criminal background check
