Network Operations & CSR/Support Specialist
Location: Waterloo
Pay: $20.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, 8-4:30pm

Job Summary
Sedona Staffing Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, recommend products and services, and provide outstanding support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Recommend products and service solutions
  • Process service requests, changes, and troubleshooting tickets
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Positive attitude and team mindset
