Are you passionate about people and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment? We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator with a strong background in Talent Acquisition to support a growing manufacturing team during an exciting expansion phase. Ideal candidate will be bilingual (English / Spanish).
What You’ll Do:
- Manage job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support a smooth hiring process
- Partner with leaders to attract and retain top talent
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs
- Maintain employee records and support HR compliance efforts
- Assist with benefits, performance reviews, and policy updates
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture
What We’d Like You To Bring To The Opportunity:
- 3+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
