Urgently Hiring in Manchester, IA
Part Time, As Needed
Hours 8:30am - 5pm/as needed
Wage $15/HR

Local legal office is looking for part-time, as needed support. This would be an ideal position for someone looking for supplemental income that has a flexible schedule. Typical front office/receptionist duties and requirements. 

Duties to Include:
  1. Answering phones
  2. Directing incoming mail/packages
  3. Assisting walk-in guests/customers
  4. Data Entry as needed
  5. Typing Correspondence as needed
 
Requirements:
  1. Must have previous office experience
  2. Experience with Microsoft Office Products Required
  3. Ability to use office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines required
  4. Prior legal office experience helpful, but not required
  5. Ability to sit for long periods of time, use computer for extended periods of time, and occasionally lift up to 25lbs. May include occasional bending, walking within the office.
  6. Must be able to pass background check
