Network Operations - CSR Support Specialist
Location: Waterloo/LaPorte City
Pay: $20.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, 8-4:30pm

Job Summary
Sedona Staffing Services is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, recommending products and services based on customer needs, and delivering exceptional support throughout the customer experience.  The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of dependability, punctuality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Recommend products and service solutions
  • Process service requests, changes, and troubleshooting tickets
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Positive attitude and team mindset
