Job Title :   SolidWorks   Drafter  
Shift:  1 st  shift , Fulltime 
Job Location:   Moscow, IA
 
Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is:
 
  • Pay Rate: $ 19-$36  an hour or based on experience  
 
 
Responsibilities:
SolidWorks Drafter has the following responsibilities and duties:
  • Create  3D models, drawings, Videos, details and Bill of Materials.     
  • Create new standards and proposal drawings as directed. 
  • Maintain AutoCAD Technical documents (on the job training provided .
  • Verify accuracy of drawings that are produced .
  • Communicate with the team members for design support and other issues. 
  • Other assignments, tasks, or special projects as needed to support department efficiency and productivity. 
 
Requirements:
SolidWorks Drafter should have the following  skills, education, and experience:
  • Mu st  be able to interpret drawings, sketches, and verbal descriptions  to produce the required 2D/3D models, drawings, details, and bill of materials . 
  • Must  be able to perform work within allotted time.   
  • Keyboarding/Typing skills a plus . 
  • Engineering drafting skills a plus . 
  • Thorough knowledge of computer drafting software, specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD . 
  • 5+ years of industrial experience .
