Responsibilities Include:
- Handling primarily incoming calls with Client phone interaction.
- Addressing inquiries and trouble-shooting issues.
- Identifying solutions and resolving problems to Client’s satisfaction.
- Processing paperwork and documenting all Calls.
- Multi-tasking.
Requirements Include:
- 1+ years prior Call Center or Dispatch experience.
- High Attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
- Desire to genuinely help others , all with a great attitude.
Physical Requirements Include:
- Sitting 25 + hours
- Walking ~ 1-10 hours
- Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
- No protective clothing or equipment required
