Machine Operator (3rd Shift)

• Set up, operate, and monitor metal fabrication machinery, including plasma cutters, burn tables, saws, drills, and press brakes.
• Operate CNC and manual manufacturing equipment to produce steel components according to specifications.
• Load and position raw materials into machines, ensuring proper alignment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Use measuring tools, including calipers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and properly utilize required PPE.
• Work collaboratively with production team members to meet manufacturing goals.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience  operating metal fabrication machinery in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating CNC equipment, plasma cutters, saws, drills, or similar machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• CNC programming or machine adjustment experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform physical duties associated with an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work around machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Hourly Pay:  $21.00–$23.00 DOE
• Shift:  3rd Shift (Overnight)
• Hours:  10:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Days:  Monday–Friday
• Overtime or weekend work may be required based on production demands.
