CNC Machine Setup Technician (2nd or 3rd Shift)
 Location: Dubuque, IA
Wage: $22 / hour - $30+ / hour
 
A well-established manufacturing facility in Dubuque is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Setup Technician to join 2nd or 3rd shift team. Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications
  • Handle a variety of work assignments across multiple machine types
  • Ensure quality standards are met through proper machine adjustments and inspections
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
  • Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
  • Ability to learn and master multiple types of CNC equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
