QA Assistant

• Assist the Quality Assurance team with daily inspections, testing, and verification of production materials and finished goods.
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and documentation to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Complete QA forms, logs, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors, production teams, and QA leadership.
• Assist with non-conformance tracking, corrective actions, and follow-up.
• Support sample collection, labeling, and testing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of QA workstations and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, and quality procedures while working in hot/cold manufacturing environments.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the QA department.

• Previous experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions, forms, and inspection criteria.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot and cold) and on the production floor.
• Basic computer skills for completing reports and data entry.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50  lbs  as needed.
• Ability to move between the production floor and office environment regularly.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and loud conditions.
