Job Title: Bank Teller/ Customer Service – Part time
Shift: 1st shift (20-30 hours) Monday – Friday (8:50 AM – 5:30 PM) Saturday (morning only)
*** this position will work every Friday and every other Saturday morning ***
Job Location: Preston/ Miles/ Andover Iowa
Compensation: $14.00 - $14.50 starting (opportunity for raise after 90 days)
Job Summary for Teller/Customer Service: Provide customer service to the business.
Responsibilities for Bank Teller/ Customer Service:
- Represents the bank with excellent customer service and a warm demeanor
- Reconciles deposits and withdrawals daily
- Handles monetary transactions efficiently and effectively
- Reviews and prepares money orders and cashier’s checks
- Perform general office duties as assigned including assisting HR and ERP activities
Requirements for Bank Teller/Customer Service:
- High school diploma required, additional education preferred
- Familiar/ comfortable handling money and counting with accuracy
- Experience with Microsoft applications including Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
