Sedona Staffing is recruiting a Dealer Trade Clerk for a local company. The Dealer Trade Clerk will
administer paperwork and coordinate transportation for dealer trades.
Sends out contracts and payoffs for retail sales deals by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates the dealer trade process from start to finish.
- Work with the New Vehicle Manager when trade is started, schedule driver(s) to pick up the vehicle, print necessary paperwork and check.
- Maintains a pool of drivers for use in conducting physical dealer trade transactions with other dealerships.
- Pick up sold retail vehicle contracts daily and prepare them to send to the correct lender.
- Scan in all documents from each department daily. Shred paperwork when necessary.
- Post weekly service warranty statement from Honda and verify the funding is correct.
- Other miscellaneous office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem solving situations.
