Crouch  Staffing S olutions, Inc.    in Killeen, Texas is immediately  recruiting  for a Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Intake Specialist for a long term, temp to permanent role!
 
Job Location:        Killeen, TX 76541
Job Status:             Full-time
Work Hours :         Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00 pm (in person position)
Pay :                         $1 7 / hr  to start
 
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Phone screen new potential clients when they call for help
  • Updating software system with necessary information
  • Sending Contracts/authorization forms via email and DocuSign
  • Occasional document drafting to assist the department
  • Provide excellent customer service and establish a relationship with the prospective client/customer
Job Requirements:
  • Strong Typing Skills are required (35 WPM)
  • Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong Communications skills are Required
  • Must have experience working with multi-line phone systems and comfortable with accepting a high number of phone calls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
  • Able to work in the office/non remote
  • Must have previous experience in a similar role
