, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
This role will support day-to-day business operations, financial reporting, internal processes, and administrative leadership functions. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, analytical, and able to work professionally in a confidential, fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily business operations and internal office processes
- Assist with accounting-related functions, reporting, reconciliations, and financial tracking
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial and operational data
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create reports, track information, and review data for accuracy
- Assist with workflow management, process improvements, and operational efficiency
- Provide leadership support within the office as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with special projects and additional accounting, administrative, or operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Accounting, finance, or business operations experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and occasional high-pressure situations with maturity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
