Production Machine Operator (1st Shift)

• Learn to safely operate  three different manufacturing machines
• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment as trained
• Follow established operating procedures and safety requirements
• Monitor product and equipment during the production process
• Perform basic machine checks and report equipment concerns as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Clean equipment and surrounding work areas as required
• Follow all housekeeping and facility cleanliness expectations
• Wear a  respirator when required  for specific job duties or production processes
• Follow all required PPE and workplace safety procedures
• Assist in other areas or departments as production needs arise
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience is preferred
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple pieces of production equipment
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be willing and able to wear a respirator when required
• Must be willing to clean and maintain their own workstation
• Must be willing to assist with duties outside of their primary machine operation responsibilities when needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
