Job
Responsibilities
- Work with customers in person, by phone and by email to help them determine what they want to rent.
- Write quotes and reservations for customers and accept payments for the rentals.
- Call customers when payments are due and get additional info needed for deliveries.
- Scheduling customer times to pickup & return equipment – mostly just on busy holiday weekends.
- Eventually learning how to order utility locates online for tent installations.
- Filing and other general office duties to assist Office Manager.
- Other duties as requested.
Job Requirements:
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Detail oriented.
- Flexible to assist where needed.
