Key Responsibilities
This role involves monitoring and analyzing production data to identify issues and improve processes, while ensuring accuracy in reporting and system entries (SAP).
Key duties include closing work orders, tracking inventory, and verifying production counts.
It also requires quality control tasks, such as testing cheese batches (temperature, pH, moisture), checking curing room conditions, and documenting any product issues. The position tracks production efficiency metrics like yield and equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Additional responsibilities include maintaining organized records, supporting audits, following safety procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
- Two to four years of administrative or data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time onsite position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
