SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Location:
Mid San Diego
Potential Temp to Hire Opportunity
Responsibilities Include:
- Creates orders and supports order management in system.
- Review purchase orders and quotes to verify part numbers and pricing accuracy to ensure orders are entered accurately.
- Answering all inquiries with Clients regarding order status, product availability and pricing as well as discussing billing and purchase orders.
- Follows up with customers to resolve any discrepancy.
- Tracks sales orders and shipments.
- Generates, maintains and distributes reports and maintains all files for back up.
- Assists with quote generation and pricing updates to support the sales team.
- Works with various departments as a communication liaison.
- Obtains required management approvals as required.
- Conducts customer follow-up surveys as required.
- First point of contact for incoming sales calls.
- Occasional travel to support Sales activities may be required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements Include:
- College degree or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of customer service or Sales Administrator experience required.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong in Microsoft Office. Word and Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting 20+ hours a week
- Walking 1-10 hours a week
- Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
- No protective clothing or equipment required
