Job Title:      Automotive Technician
  Job Type:       Full-time  
Pay/Salary:     DOE  
Hours of Work:    Must be available to work hours between 7:00am-7pm Monday-Saturday (40 hours per week).

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled  Automotive Technician  to join  a busy  team in Waco, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Candidates  must have their own tools , and certifications such as ASE are  strongly preferred .

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake replacements, and engine tune-ups.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic.
  • Must have own tools.
  • ASE certification or equivalent training  strongly preferred .
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
