Job Title:   Inventory Stock Specialist

$ 38,000 - $42,000 starting

Job Description: 
  1. Ensures accuracy of incoming deliveries of goods by reviewing vendor/supplier orders and receiving tickets. 
  2. Receives incoming deliveries of goods and accurately records goods as inventory into ERP system.
  3. Track and manage all stockroom activities 
  4. Locates stock and fulfills orders according to quantity or pick ticket while prioritizing accuracy and timely delivery.
  5. Maintains accurate recordkeeping of inventory including usage. 
    1. Escalates inventory discrepancies to purchasing department without delay.
    2. Restocks inventory manually and as necessary.
  6. Assist in inventory audits and report discrepancies to Inventory Manager.   
  7. Assure the maintenance of optimum stock levels to prevent shortages and excesses.
  8. Performs other relevant duties, tasks, assignments, and projects, upon request or as business needs require.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.   
  3. Two (2) years’ previous work experience in supply chain management, warehouse, inventory, or related field required.
  4. Basic numeracy and computer skills required.
  5. Experience working in manufacturing setting and using ERP required.
