Shift/Hours:   8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Job Location:   Moline, IL 
Compensation:   $18-$20/hour depending on experience.  
 
Sedona Staffing Moline is currently seeking an experienced  Inside Sales  Agents .    The  Inside Sales Agent  is responsible for managing testing and repair proposal activities, maintaining data integrity across business systems, and supporting communication between customers, branches, and internal stakeholders. This role ensures timely processing of requests, proposal generation, customer follow-up, and order creation while maintaining accurate records and identifying operational issues.
 
Responsibilities
  • Receive and process Repair and Automated Testing & Inspection requests from  company  personnel.
  • Maintain Automated Testing & Inspection (ATI) data and records within Access, Excel, and Salesforce systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, investigate, and communicate issues related to packages, templates, equipment, branch information, and other operational data.
  • Prepare, generate, and distribute repair and testing proposals to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct timely follow-up with customers regarding open proposals to support sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Create orders for approved work and coordinate communication with local branches to facilitate project execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and status updates throughout the proposal, approval, and order fulfillment process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and branch personnel to ensure efficient handling of testing and repair requests.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
 
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
