Pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative needs of our Human Resources department. This position will assist with general HR administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, coordinating paperwork, and providing support with recruiting and hiring activities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Assist with maintaining and organizing employee files and records
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
- Help coordinate new-hire paperwork and ensure required documents are completed
- Maintain accurate employee information and HR records
- Assist with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Assist with special HR projects and other administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office, HR, or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning new software and HR systems
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Professional and positive attitude
