shift, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Location:
Davenport, IA
Compensation:
$16-19/hr DOE, potential monthly bonus incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers, answering incoming phone calls, processing orders, quotes via our computer business system and supporting our customers with outgoing phone calls and outstanding customer service.
- Analyze customer needs and interests and determine how company products and services can best meet their needs in clear and concise manner.
- Proactively work to maintain and update sales and service related customer activity within our company database CRM. Work daily with our customers and outside sales, assisting in preparing quotes and deliver them in a timely manner to customers for review.
- Follow company pricing guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor sales orders to delivery keeping customer informed.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems, issues or complaints.
- Ability to be truthful, credible and knowledgeable in the workplace, get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals and effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers, speak effectively and communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
Requirements:
- Self-Starter
- Customer service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management
- Ability to become knowledgeable with products
