Data Entry / Order Processing
 
Location:    Near Rancho Bernardo
Long term
Hours Monday – Friday – Normal Daytime hours TBD
 
REPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
 
  • Data Entry of orders ensuring that orders are logged on and off quickly for expediting .
  • Maintain order processing documents and records in an organized and neat manner for easy accessibility .  
  • Process address changes  and customer updates in system.
  • File all orders and correspondence for easy accessibility.   
  • Box up old files and prepare them for storage in warehouse.   
  • Maintain storage records for retrieval purposes
  • Process and mail daily invoices.
  • Contact customers via phone or email as needed to ensure appropriate information is complete and received.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
 
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent Required.
  • 2+ Years of Office experience.
  • High Accuracy
  • High Attention to detail and ability to  mu l ti task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously, or the ability to quickly change courses to address urgent matters.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Solid Microsoft Office Skills – Especially Excel. 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
 
  • Sitting 20+ hours a week
  • Walking 1-10 hours a week
  • Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
  • No protective clothing or equipment required
 
COMPENSATION :    $ 21 Hr.
