Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, linens, and décor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout events
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Work closely with event staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Clear tables and assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or banquet experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
