Location: Monroe, WI
Pay: Up to $26/hr (depends on experience)

Position Summary:
The Welder is responsible for welding and assembling electrical steel components used in motors, generators, and other electrical equipment. The position requires attention to detail, safe operation of welding equipment, and the ability to maintain quality and production standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG, TIG, or robotic welding according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor welding equipment and machinery.
  • Inspect welds for quality, strength, and proper appearance.
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and production instructions.
  • Measure and position components accurately before welding.
  • Make adjustments to welding equipment as needed to maintain quality.
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Report equipment problems, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications
  • Previous welding or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or work instructions.
  • Experience with MIG/TIG or robotic welding is a plus.
  • Ability to use basic measuring and inspection tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical manufacturing tasks.
  • Welding certification and technical training is required
