Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire) – 2nd & 3rd Shift
We are currently seeking motivated individuals for Temp-to-Hire Machine Operator positions on 2nd and 3rd shift. These roles are a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team with the potential for long-term employment.
Shift Options
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
- All new hires will complete training on 1st shift for approximately 4–6 weeks before transitioning to their assigned shift.
Pay
- Starting pay: $19.00/hour
- After transition to 2nd or 3rd shift: +$2.00 shift premium
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery in a production environment
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Inspect parts/products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- No CNC experience required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Farming or hands-on mechanical experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn required
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift after training
