Production Worker (3rd shift)

• Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Load raw materials (cotton, fibers, etc.) into machines and oversee the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Record and report production data, including output, quality control results, and machine performance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support overall production operations.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50  lbs ) and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift hours (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM or 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM).

• This position requires working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• The role involves standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
