⏰   Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Overtime & Saturdays as needed
💰   Pay:  $14.75/ hr

Are you passionate about fixing computers /tablets  and solving technical issues?  Crouch Staffing Solutions  is hiring a  Computer Repair Technician  to join our team in Temple, TX! This hands-on role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of computer hardware, including notebooks, Chromebooks, desktops, and monitors.

What You’ll Do:

✔️  Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
✔️  Repair and test computers efficiently and accurately.
✔️  Identify, document, and report quality issues.
✔️  Use hand tools and small equipment to perform precise repairs.
✔️  Maintain consistent repair throughput while ensuring quality.
✔️  Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✔️  Adhere to attendance and performance expectations.
✔️  Perform other duties as needed.

What You Bring:

✅   Experience:  1 year of  computer repair  and  hardware troubleshooting  (required).
✅   Education:  High school diploma or equivalent (required).
✅   Technical Skills:  Ability to diagnose and repair common computer issues.
✅   Physical Ability:  Lift/move up to 45 lbs., sit/stand for extended periods.
✅   Team Player:  Work well under supervision and in a team setting.
✅   Flexibility:  Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
