The pay rate for this position is:
- Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Responsibilities:
Assembler has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Assemble small parts such as pump boxes, electrical boxes, syrup tubes, shrouds and motors.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
Assembler should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend, twist, kneel.
- Ability to do long hour repetitive work.
- Work consistently and safely.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Listen and follow directions carefully.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize
- Teamwork-oriented
- Must be able to be trained in the proper use of other assembly line equipment including (but not limited to) forklifts, overhead hoists, and pallet jacks.
- Must be able to understand and complete departmental paperwork.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
