Location:          Waco, TX 76710
Schedule:         Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM , some overtime as required
Pay:                   $ 20 .00–$2 2 .00/hour (DOE)

Position Overview
Crouch Staffing is seeking a n IT Technician for a Waco business to provide hands-on technical support to employees. This is a non-remote position.
 
Job Duties:
  • Provide hands-on technical support to employees (hardware, software, printers, peripherals, and more)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Assist with account setup, equipment provisioning, and access management  for employees
  • Support network basics, including connectivity issues, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and cable runs
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation
  • Assist IT Department  on  company  projects, system upgrades, and process improvements
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest proactive improvements
 
Job Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
  • Exposure to ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Any hands-on IT experience — prior employment,  internships ,  volunteer work
  • Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS environments.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), even if it is from coursework.
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds, carry up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, kneel, and stand up to 8 hours per day,  working on your feet and adapting quickly as priorities shift.  
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
