Position Overview:
This position supports the Accounting Team and Office Administrator with bookkeeping tasks and general office operations. We’re looking for someone who can help maintain a professional, organized, and friendly workplace while assisting with daily office and client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining office goals, policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Support client onboarding and communicate with clients via phone, email, website, social media, and client portals.
- Help with client marketing, outreach, and relationship-building.
- Maintain office and client documentation per retention guidelines.
- Attend or suggest community events that support firm growth.
- Perform client bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
- Provide support during income tax preparation.
Required Software Knowledge
- QuickBooks Online & Desktop
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, etc.)
- Canopy Tax/CRM
- ProSeries Tax Software & Fixed Asset Program
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
