Job Title: Member Services Representative
Shift: (8:15 AM - 5:15 PM) Full time, very other Saturday morning
Job Location: Morrison, IL
Compensation: $16.00 + per hour (possibly more based on experience)
Job Summary: Motivated teller/customer service employee that will add to client's mission by providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in banking transactions in a professional manner
- Set up new accounts/ automatic deposits and debit accounts
- Explaining current rates/ policies as needed
- Answer phones as needed
- Preferred employee will be empathetic, patient and very personable
Requirements:
- Some college preferred or related experience
- Must have cash handling experience
- Clean criminal background preferred
- Credit statement will be checked
- Some basic assessments may be required
